SHOPSFIT.COM RETURN POLICY

Complaints must be made within 3(Three) workings days from the date of purchase. In this regard once the Complaint is forwarded to our quality assurance department, it is assessed and logged. It is important to note that there are two major categories for products for return and these are as follows:

  1. Products not eligible for Return: Products that fall into these category are products that have been altered from their original state or opened by an authorised personnel without permission; Products with tampered or missing serial universal code numbers; Perishable goods; Products damaged by misuse; products in beauty, health and personal use category; Jewellery, innerwear, bedsheets, lingerie and socks; Books and CDS;
  2. Products eligible for returns: For a Product to be eligible for return it must not fall under the items listed in (a) above and must satisfy the following conditions: changed mind request by the customer, defective items, goods damaged in transit, quality issues.

It is our Policy that once a product is returned within the 3(Three) working days timeline, same is expeditiously treated and we ensure that the customer gets a resolution (replacement of the Product; exchange of the Product for a new one; or refund of the full purchase sum).
